Joseph J. LeBlanc is a Minneapolis labor and employment law attorney, licensed to practice in both state and federal court, who provides personalized, attentive service to employers and employees throughout Minnesota.
In addition to being a Rule 114 qualified civil mediator and a Rule 114 qualified family mediator, Joseph is a mediator with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and has also mediated for the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
Joseph is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, where he earned certificates in Business Law, Advocacy and Problem Solving, and Global Arbitration Law and Practice. He served as the student director of Hamline’s Employment Discrimination Mediation Representation Clinic, and was a recipient of the Clinical Legal Education Association’s Outstanding Clinical Student Award for his work with the clinic. He was also a national finalist in the ABA Mediation Representation Competition.
In addition to his J.D., Joseph has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Human Resource Management. Before returning to school to study law, he worked as human resources executive for a national corporation.
Amanda Jean LeBlanc

Amanda Jean LeBlanc is a Minneapolis labor and employment law attorney and a Rule 114 qualified family and civil mediator. She is passionate about helping clients find justice and providing families with a better way to navigate legal issues.
Amanda attended Hamline University School of Law on a full Presidential Scholarship, and was awarded a Bakken Fellowship to perform scholarly research. She graduated with a certificate in Advocacy and Problem Solving, as well as a certificate in Global Arbitration Law & Practice, completed at Queens Mary University in London, England. In addition, she was a national finalist in the ABA Mediation Representation Competition.
Before attending law school, Amanda earned degrees in Psychology and Human Development & Families Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She has experience working with children and families in a variety of educational, community and research settings.
Amanda is also an adjunct professor at Mitchell | Hamline School of Law, where she teaches Bar Prep Strategies.
