Helping Parties Resolve Conflicts With Viable Solutions

Handshake over ContractLitigation can be a lengthy process that is both emotionally and financially draining. At LeBlanc Law & Mediation, a Minneapolis, Minnesota, law and mediation firm, we offer an alternative by helping people find viable solutions to complex disputes that meet both parties’ best interests.

Mediation allows you to keep control of potential outcomes to an issue, rather than having a ruling handed down by a third party. Our experienced Rule 114 qualified mediators serve as neutral facilitators, helping parties discuss disputes in a confidential environment so that they can create effective, mutually beneficial solutions that they are comfortable agreeing to.

We provide mediation services in three areas:

  • Employment mediation: helping employees and employers resolve a wide range of issues including discrimination charges, separation agreements and disability accommodations.
  • Family mediation: guiding families through divorce, custody and parenting time disagreements, while helping them build effective co-parenting plans
  • Civil mediation: working with parties facing general civil disputes with neighbors, landlords and tenants, business partners or organizations in their community

Mediation Services For The Twin Cities Metro Area

Our mediators work with clients in many different situations. Often mediation is court ordered, and must occur before a judge will hear a case in court. Other times parties come to mediation independently, to avoid going through the litigation process at all. We conduct mediation sessions in which parties have their own legal representation present or when they come to mediation alone to represent their own interests.

To learn more about the mediation process or to schedule a mediation session with a Twin Cities mediator, contact us at 612-337-9530.
